4.3 In order for the Sample to be sent to and analysed by the Lab we will need to send the Lab sensitive personal information including your name , date of birth,address and other contact details..The Lab will only use this sensitive personal information to the extent necessary and subject always to all data protection legislation and regulations to which it is subject. You will be required to expressly agree to such sensitive information being provided to the Lab before making a purchase.
4.4 We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, but we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.
