  • As Vitamin D2 supplementation is not common here in the UK , a low result for 25(OH)D2 is no cause for alarm, unless you are on special Vitamin D2 supplements
  • 25(OH)D3 results are relevant for everyone who takes a Vitamin D test
  • Low levels (depending on the range) may require a visit to your doctor to discuss the matter with reference to your medical history
  • Evidence suggests that seasonal factors may cause 25(OH)D levels to vary 
  • If your Vitamin D levels are low, we recommend you discuss your results with a medical practitioner
